Power Unit Endurance Test

UL Test:

Test 1:  Hydraulic pumps using gasoline engines are subjected to a 100 hour operation endurance test. The pump should operate normally without leakage after the test.

Test 2: Hydraulic pumps using electric or air motors are subjected to a 300 hour operation endurance test. The pump should operate normally without leakage after the test.

NFPA Test:

The power unit shall be pressurized at the maximum system pressure for 20 seconds, and then released for 20 seconds. The test shall be conducted for one hundred  20 second pressurized/20 seconds released cycles.  The power unit shall be observed for leaks or malfunction.
